Payton supports Rise and Bloom Counseling with insurance verification, billing assistance, and front office coordination. She is often the first friendly face you’ll see when arriving for an appointment in the afternoons, and a helpful voice on the phone when you have questions about scheduling or getting started.
Known for her organization and attention to detail, Payton helps ensure that the administrative side of your care runs smoothly. From verifying insurance benefits to assisting with billing questions, she works behind the scenes to create a seamless experience so you can focus on what matters most—your care.
Clients can expect Payton to be warm, friendly, and efficient in every interaction. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable and supported from their very first point of contact with the practice.
Payton has a background in healthcare and is currently working in home health while pursuing her long-term goal of becoming a nurse. Her natural compassion and desire to care for others are reflected in the way she supports both clients and the practice each day.
We accept insurance.
Services may be covered in full by health insurance carrier. However, in the event that a portion of the service provided is not covered, payment is expected before service is provided. For self-pay we accept all major credit/debit cards as well as cash payment. Self-pay is $150 per session.
