Employment Opportunities
Join a Practice Where You Can Do Meaningful Work—Without Burnout or Micromanagement
At Rise and Bloom, PLLC you can:
- Build a caseload around the work you’re most passionate about
- Practice with autonomy, support, and clinical integrity
- Be part of a boutique, growth-oriented team committed to real impact
Why Join Rise & Bloom Counseling
At Rise and Bloom Counseling, we believe meaningful clinical work happens when clinicians are supported—not micromanaged.
We are a boutique, trauma-informed practice built around depth, connection, and intentional growth. Rather than a high-volume model, we prioritize creating space for clinicians to do work they genuinely care about, while building a caseload that aligns with their strengths and interests.
You won’t be expected to fit into a rigid mold here. Instead, you’ll be supported in developing your own niche, bringing your unique perspective into the work, and contributing to a collaborative, grounded clinical environment.
We handle the administrative and operational demands—so you can focus on your clients, your growth, and the quality of care you provide.
Who This Is For
This practice is a strong fit for clinicians who are:
• Growth-oriented and committed to developing their clinical skills
• Thoughtful, self-aware, and willing to think critically about their work
• Drawn to depth work—not just surface-level symptom management
• Interested in building a niche or specialty within a supportive environment
• Aligned with a collaborative, low-drama, professional culture
Who This May Not Be For
To maintain the integrity of our work and culture, this may not be the right fit for clinicians who:
• Prefer highly structured, directive environments with little autonomy
• Are not open to feedback, growth, or evolving their clinical approach
• Are primarily seeking a position focused on volume over quality
• Struggle with consistency, accountability, or timely documentation
What You’ll Receive
• W-2 employment (not contract/1099)
• 60/40 split on collected revenue (shared transparently during interview process)
• Administrative support including scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination
• Marketing and caseload-building support
• Flexible scheduling with hybrid and in-person options depending on role
• A collaborative, supportive environment without micromanagement
• Opportunity to grow a niche and bring your unique clinical interests into the practice
Expectations
• Maintain a minimum caseload of approximately 10–12 clients per week (with support in building your caseload)
• Complete documentation in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate openly and operate with integrity and professionalism
• Contribute to a respectful, growth-oriented team culture
